Yes. We know that we are a startup beginning our journey to tackle the planning and other nightmares associated with group travel. You are going out on a limb being one of the first Grouppiies to join us on this journey. That means that you share this vision with us; that group travel is, first of all, fun and can be done is a better way. For your faith in us, and wonderful sense for adventure, your membership will be free forever! You will be excluded from any future membership fees. The limitations are:
  • Limited to the first 1,00 host members. Free accounts will always be free. The “Active Free Forever Memberships” are updated weekly.
  • Gallery Storage limited to 10GB per trip.
  • Gallery Storage limited to 100 concurrent trips.
  • We reserve the right to revoke your membership with abuse of the service.
  • Concurrent membership without interruption of service.

You are signing up to our mailing list that will provide updates of our progress, let you know when the Launch starts, and when/where you can download the grouppii app.
Yes, your account with grouppii will be free forever as long as you remain a current member, which means you don’t close your account.
No. Each trip is treated as it’s own circle and only members in that circle can see the information in that circle. This is to keep each trip secure and private. Privacy is very important to us. If you would like to share trip plans with someone else, invite them to the trip, they will be able to see everything pretaining to that trip.
All payments are required 7 days prior to the trip. We will provide various notifications to the group of their upcoming payment due date. If full payment is not made on the payment due date, the trip will be canceled and deposits returned to each member who made a payment.
No. Location sharing is an feature option that is off by default and we require you to opt into. By pressing “Share Location” button; you are opting in to sharing your location.
Yes. The host gets a request to join the notification where they can accept or decline, and the Guests will be notified.
As a Travelers, you are attending the trip and want to be counted in the automated payments notification and processing. You have access to all trip sections in the app. As a viewer, you are not able to make the trip in person, but want to follow along and be a part of the group. You have access to limited trip sections, like chat and activity sections.
